Since 2023, PLURA have been conducting workshops in creative thinking, pop-up events, and presentations focused on how to train the imagination. We strongly believe in ‘learning by doing,’ which is why we emphasize engaging participants in imaginative thinking, storytelling, and prototype development.

We believe that the first step toward a better future is being able to imagine it. In a world full of dystopia, busyness, smartphones, and ChatGPT, it can be challenging to allow ourselves and others to envision something beyond what we already know. That’s why we strive to create opportunities for imagination, helping us take the first step toward the change we wish to see.

PLURA consist of the partners Ane Winding Nordestgaard og Vera Mosbæk Ipsen, who met each other during their studies at the Kaospilot program. Ane has a strong background in theater and performance, with education from Akademiet for Scenekunst, Rødkilde Teaterhøjskole and as a part of various theater groups. Additionally, she has a passion for people and enjoys creating spaces for creative learning, which she has explored through stays at LungA School in Iceland and working with vulnerable youth through Lær for Livet. Vera has experience in storytelling and journalism, including her work at NXT.media.art.rebellion, as the editor-in-chief of the youth magazine SEIN, and as a member of Zetland’s Talent Team.

To activate the imagination, we have developed various formats for both individual and group work. Central to our approach is the use of worldbuilding – the process of creating narratives about other worlds, inspired by the sci-fi and fantasy genres. Our clients often have specific outcomes in mind for these workshops, and we tailor our formats accordingly to meet their goals.

We work with a wide range of partners, including ORGANISATIONS, schools, training programs, cultural centers, libraries, and municipalities. We are open to exploring new opportunities and love venturing into new territories. Our previous collaborations include Ungdommens Folkemøde, KRAS, Kaospilot+ Berlin, Rødding Højskole, BANG! Festival, Specialefestivalen, and more.
